I have to admit that I don't really follow this. This seems like a hell of a lot of work from scratch, particularly as I won't require any bust adjustment. I still think measuring is the thing that takes the most time, and one could always skip that and just use the standard measurements chart and edit the results later like I did here.

It is a bit of work doing it from scratch, but at least it is super satisfying afterwards because turning flat blank paper into clothes feels a bit like magic. In my case something simmilar to this was easier- because I had zero sizes where two measuemenrs matched mine at all. And because the list of adjustments to a normal pattern is eight items long and they all screw with each other.
